Position: Bartender
Department: FOH

The Nitty Gritty
• Previous bartender experience required
• Previous employment in a high-volume bar/ restaurant environment highly recommended
• Knowledge of Indiana’s alcohol laws and regulations
• Strong working knowledge of beer, wines, and liquors
• Consistently deliver high levels of customer service to each patron
• Produce quality beverages consistently in accordance with the company’s drink guide
• Maintain a safe environment by avoiding over-serving customers, identifying possible problem customers, and dealing with these situations in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and exhibit strong cash handling skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Willingness to work alongside and support fellow coworkers
• Be able to support a professional and inclusive work environment free of harassment
• Flexible schedule required including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to interact positively with other staff, vendors, departments, and management
• Ability to work efficiently & multi-task
• Ability to work the hours necessary to complete the job
• Working knowledge of all company policies and procedures
• Efficiently manage orders/ food for special events
• Ability to communicate clearly in a positive and professional manner
• Other duties may occur as assigned.
