Job Description
Summary: Responsible for assisting in the supervision of all things operational. In a nutshell, this includes but is not limited to maintaining a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff, training and supervision of staff, coordinating with the Head Chef concerning catering needs for special events, adhering to and maintaining company policies, publication of showtimes, weekly messaging, poster, and signage changeover, cash management/ audits, end of day reports, projector/ equipment maintenance, staff performance evaluations, general filing, and other administrative duties, managing labor costs (in tandem with General Manager), facilitating regular staff meetings and most of all, ensuring that our guests have the best experience possible.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in managing operational costs.*
Oversees personnel scheduling.*
Assists with vendor management.*
Trains, and mentors staff.*
Assigns floats.*
Prepares shift banks.*
Processes staff cashups.*
Prepares EOD reports.*
Manages cash deposits.*
Performs cash audits.*
Oversees and completes ordering of beer, liquor, and dry goods.*
Adheres strictly to daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.*
Ensures a safe environment for staff and patrons.*
Executes special/private events.*
Assists in overseeing equipment maintenance.*
Enforces company policies and procedures.*
Processes ad affidavits.*
Provides customer service to guests as necessary.
Troubleshoots technical problems.
Maintains company websites.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assists in supervising 30 employees (non-supervisory). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, internet software, order processing software, movie programming and support software.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Alcohol license

Movie projectors, audio processors, smart hub, terenex, audio embedders, Blu-ray players, and theater management systems
Theater playback systems and amplifiers
Coffee maker and espresso machine
Oven, stove, pizza oven, grill and flat top, and combi oven
Stand mixer, robocoup, and immersion blenders
